Non-Playing Football Careers Programme Overview
This is a non playing programme for those that would eventually like to pursue a non playing career in the football or sports industry.
Individuals will study sport at Level 3, Level 2 or Level 1 (dependant on GCSE grades). Through this non playing programme you benefit from master classes and work experience during the year in career areas such as:
Coaching, Teaching, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Development, Sports Science, Sports Nutrition, Sports Analysis, Sports Therapy, Sports Business/Management and Officiating.

What Qualifications can I get?
BTEC Level 3 Diploma
and Extended Diploma in Sport
The BTEC Level 3 in Sport qualifications upon completion, can lead to University progression. Individuals are taught
all aspects of sport across a range of units.
Individuals are assessed through their written course work, practical application and also through two exams.
What Qualifications do I need?
To Undertake -
BTEC Level 3 Diploma or Extended Diploma in Sport
To undertake the Level 3, individuals will require GCSE grades at 3/4 or above including Maths and/or English*.
